The Role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee / Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. This is a key role designed to strengthen our clients commercial function and provide you with the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the M&E building services sector.

You will work closely with experienced professionals on major data centre and commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in cost management, procurement, and contract administration. Our client will support your academic development, offering flexible working hours to accommodate university release and study time.

• Are actively pursuing a career in Quantity Surveying, whether through experience or formal qualifications
• May already be enrolled in an apprenticeship but are seeking a new company to continue their development
• Are enthusiastic, committed, and eager to learn
• Have strong numerical and analytical skills
• Possess excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Can work on London-based construction sites
