Quantity Surveyor

A high end residential cost management consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys getting stuck into projects and delivering work for private clients.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique consultancy who work alongside high profile private clients within the luxury, high end residential sector - with projects predominantly across London.

The Director overseeing the Quantity Surveying team is seeking a professional, client facing Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable dealing with clients and delivering projects, pre and post contract, as well as doing the CA/EA work too.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• High end residential project experience would be preferable
• Consultancy / cost management QS experience
• Comfortable delivering a QS/CA role
• Team player, professional, presentable
