This temporary position starting asap for 12 weeks.The project is nearing completion, our client needs a push with all the completions on the apartments.

Job Details:

You will be required to snag the properties following the finishing trades, preparing them for handover over to the client. This will involve oversight of snagging check lists and carrying out the minor works yourself.

• Painting, Sealing walls up and siliconing in kitchen & bathrooms, Sanding down
• Valid CSCS card or certificate
• 2 Working references ideally from similar work
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety
• Own transport, Tools & Full PPE
• Experience with construction hand tools
• You must have a keen eye for detail with the ability to finish homes to the excellent standard.
• The ability to effectively manage your own time to meet deadlines
