Wet Trades Multi Trade Operative

MMP are currently recruiting for a Wet Trade Operative (Temp-to-Perm) to join a housing provider covering South East London. The successful candidate will carry out responsive and planned repair works across occupied properties, with a strong focus on plastering, tiling, and decorating, alongside general multi-trade maintenance. Travel across South East London is required, with efforts made to keep work as local to your home as possible.

• 
  22.64 per hour (umbrella - temporary)
• 
  36,000 per annum (permanent)

• 
  Plastering repairs (patching, skimming, rendering, making good)
• 
  Wall and floor tiling repairs and replacements
• 
  Bathroom and kitchen wall finishes and retiling works
• 
  Painting and decorating following repair works
• 
  Surface preparation (bonding, sanding, sealing, priming)
• 
  Damp and mould washing, treatment, and prevention
• 
  Minor carpentry and making good where required
• 
  General property repairs and maintenance
• 
  Accurate fault finding and rectification
• 
  Use of a PDA to record and manage daily work
