Multi-Trader

FBR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Trader for 1 week ,working across a range of housing properties carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of trade skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general repairs

• Complete refurb and maintenance tasks on void or occupied properties

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on site

• Work independently to a high-quality standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative

• Good skills in several trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.)

• CSCS card desirable but not essential

• Ability to work alone and manage your own workload
