Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a regional main contractor to appoint a Site Manager to oversee a 6 week refurbishment project in Salford.

The entire scope of works is to be confirmed but at this stage, it will include kitchen refurb, suspended ceilings and fire sprinklers. Further parts of the refurb could mean this project runs over slightly longer than the initial 6 weeks.

The client is looking for somebody who has solid proven experience in managing office refurbishment schemes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Client liaison
• Management of programme
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• Inductions
• RAMS
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
