RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Evaluate and negotiate contracts and subcontractor agreements. Monitor project progress and maintain up-to-date cost reports. Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams and stakeholders. Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and legal requirements. Prepare and present final accounts. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role. If familiar with drylining projects, this would be a plus but not essential. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC). Proficient in Microsoft Office. If familiar with any quantity surveying software, this would be a plus.
