Due to continued growth they are looking to add a talented building services technician to their BIM department. Reporting to the BIM Director and project/business Director, you will be involved in the coordination of both Mechanical and Electrical services across a variety of sectors and jobs. The ideal Revit MEP Coordinator will have experience in building services industry modelling mechanical & electrical services using Revit MEP. There will also be opportunity for hybrid working for the right skilled person. Must have excellent communication skills and ability & technically minded. Responsibility & Duties Ability to operate on multiple projects and organise themselves to meet all assigned deadlines agreed with the project lead. Provide support to Project Team in creation and development of 3D models in Revit. Run clash detection within Revit/Navisworks and work with the Project Team to resolve clashes. Contribution to library of BIM objects. Abide by drafting procedures in line with ISO 19650 standards. Abide by project specific BIM Execution Plan. Ability to use a Common Data Environment such as Viewpoint For Projects. Experience of producing working drawing packages and construction Phase BIM information. Experience & Qualification Experience using MagiCAD for Revit desirable Practical knowledge of delivering COBie data desirable Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD Minimum 2 years experience in the associated specialism to be required for the candidate to be suitable for the role. This role will see you take ownership of BIM delivery across multiple projects, working closely with Design Managers, Project Managers, consultants and site teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality digital project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services. Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360. Excellent understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Level 2 and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes. Experience coordinating complex building services projects from design through to construction. Our client, who is a leading MEP Sub contractor are currently looking to recruit an MEP Revit coordinator, this is to join their energetic Design team in Central London. The sectors they cover range from; industrial, commercial and rail. Role/Responsibilities: To provide all CAD services to the mechanical and electrical operations department.
