Construction Project Manager

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Construction Project Manager position for and on behalf of one of our clients.

The Construction Project Manager position for a national main-contractor who specialise in office fit-out projects.

The project is based in Cambridge, but they are after someone who resides near Northampton as this is a good middle ground for a lot of their projects.

The role is for a Construction Project Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Programme management
• Managing site managers and trades
• Controlling project variations
• Health & safety
• Managing materials

Requirements for the Construction Project Manager role are:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Experience in fit-out projects.
• Experience with either commercial fit out projects
• Autonomously running projects.
• Experience with D&B is prefered.
• SSSTS or SMSTS
