Location: London & Home Counties (site/project-based with all sites in or around London)

Your Next Role - What You'll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading multi-disciplinary teams across major new build schemes. Responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Running high-value projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Team Coordination: Managing subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams across engineering, commercial, and delivery functions.
- Programme Oversight: Working closely with planning and commercial teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Client Interface: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and reporting.
- Health & Safety: Ensuring site safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within the construction sector.
- Proven delivery of steel frame, industrial or data centre new builds.
- Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
- Knowledge of UK construction regulations and procurement routes.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and First Aid certification preferred.
- A competitive day rate of £400 - £450pd via Ltd company.
