Oversee and coordinate construction activities on the rail project, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality control.

Must have refurb experience,

Field Based- Company vehicle will be provided

• Manage onsite teams, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery within deadlines and budgets.
• Review project plans, monitor progress, and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects aligned with objectives.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the rail or construction industry, with relevant qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, project management tools, and regulatory requirements.
• Valid certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent, and own PPE and essential surveying tools.
