Landscape Supervisor Soft/ hard landscapes Our client is seeking skilled and dedicated soft and hard Supervisors and Landscapers to grow with their dynamic, multi award winning company. You will be working in partnership with leading landscape architect practices and main contractors to deliver hard and soft landscape projects of the highest standard. The Job * Location Opportunities, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London * Working Hours Permanent, full-time role; Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working. * Excellent rates, permanent jobs with career development * Key Skills Required * A proven track record in delivering large landscape projects * Experience of running in house and sub-contract teams * Coordinate tool and material deliveries including storage and inventories of materials on site * Excellent horticultural and plant identification skills (an advantage) * Broad range of landscaping experience * Ability to handle detail, work to tight deadlines and solve problem in a proactive manner * Work closely to organise and control site labour, working closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the correct resources are in the right place at the right time * Team player promote a positive working environment * Excellent planning and organisational skills * Passionate about landscaping, positive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude * Drawing interpretation skills, able to recognise where further information is required * Ability to build relationships with in house, subcontract teams’ clients and architects to ensure projects are completed on time * Capable of working under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines * Machinery tickets would be an advantage * Excellent attentions to detail ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard first time. Role Requirements * Current CSCS card * Current CPCS card SSSTS Desired * Full UK driving licence would be preferable
