We are working one of the UK's leading Privately Owned civil engineering contractors to recruit a Senior Estimator for their South Yorkshire Regional Office.

Other main duties include:

• Manage and co-ordinate information for bids and tenders
• Ensuring the database of suppliers and sub contractors is maintained
• Liaison with Clients to ensure thorough understanding of scope of works
• Working with Planning and Project Delivery Teams to ensure a robust programme of work
• Assessing and advising on commercial risk
• Preparing and submitting quotations for work
• Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts

About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating in civil engineering, with experience of projects of a similar nature which include highways, earthworks, and infrastructure
