Construction Labourers needed for a Long-Term Project in Reading

Join our dynamic construction team at Munnelly Support Services, supporting a major long-term government project based in the Reading area. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all site operations.

Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting Construction Labourers for a long-term opportunity, with a minimum project duration of 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site clearance and housekeeping
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and hazard-free
• Strict adherence to all health & safety procedures
• Moving materials and assisting other trades as required
• Requirements:
• 3-year UK work history with no gaps exceeding 28 days
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to pass a BPSS security check
• Valid CSCS card
• Ability to provide verifiable work references

Additional Requirements:

• DBS certificate will be issued following successful completion of all checks (all checks paid for by the company)

• Working hours: 8am to 6pm, with 9.5 hours paid

• Rate: £16.50 per hour (CIS / UTR)

• Free minibus service provided from Reading Station to site and back for the duration of your assignment
