PROJECT MANAGER (Construction) LEEDS (Hybrid)- £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
OverviewAre you a professional Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills and experience of delivering high-quality retro-fit/refurbishment schemes within the hospitality or retail sectors? I am seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to work with a market leading consultancy to oversee major renovation and refurbishment programmes on behalf of some of the UK's leading hospitality and leisure brands across their UK property portfolios.
The RoleYou will be the key liaison between the client's project team, operations staff, the main contractor and all external consultants, to ensure that the refurbishment programmes are delivered efficiently to time, budget and with minimal disruption to the daily operation of the business.
