Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out ongoing void works on residential properties. The role is predominantly carpentry-based, with additional basic plumbing and flooring duties required to support property turnaround works.

Key Responsibilities

• Carpentry works including repairs, replacements, and adjustments

• Hanging and adjusting doors, skirting, architraves, and basic joinery

• Basic plumbing works such as tap changes, leak repairs, and waste adjustments

• Flat lay flooring where required

• Making good following maintenance works

• Working independently within void properties

• Maintaining clean, safe, and professional work areas

• Adhering to site Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Carpenter

• Strong carpentry background (essential)

• Basic plumbing capability

• Experience laying flat flooring preferred

• Ability to work independently on void properties

• Own tools required

• CSCS card preferred

• Reliable and punctual
