Installation & Maintenance Electrician / Lead Electrician - Temp to Perm - London - 35- 37.50 ph
Fantastic opportunity to join a respected company working on commercial properties across Central London, including occupied buildings such as offices.
We are seeking an experienced Installation & Maintenance Electrician / Lead Electrician for a temp-to-perm role, delivering installation and maintenance works in live commercial environments.
Pay: 35- 37.50 per hour
Location: Central London (foot-mobile, company van available when required)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)
Role:
- Electrical installation and FM service & maintenance works
- Working on live electrical systems within occupied commercial buildings
- 1st and 2nd fix, testing, inspection, and fault finding
- Planned and reactive works across Central London sites
Requirements:
- Gold JIB Card
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- 17th or 18th Edition
- SSSTS (ideal)
- Strong commercial installation & maintenance experience
(residential-only backgrounds not considered)
