360 Driver / Groundworker

Tradestech Recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 Driver / Groundworker for long-term work across the UK. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay away as required. But based ideally near Hemel Hempstead.

Due to the nature of the work, long-term projects, and small team sizes, applicants must be an all-rounder operating the machine when needed and assisting on the ground. Experience working around live services, duct laying, reinforced concrete, and general groundworks is essential.

Location:
Ideally based in or around Hemel Hempstead for close proximity to the main yard to collect vehicles and materials.
You will be working as part of a 2 3 person telecoms team on projects nationwide. A van, fuel card, and accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:

• CPCS or NPORS 360 (Blue card or competent operator)
• Proven experience in duct laying, reinforced concrete, and general groundworks
• Valid working references
• Desirable (but not essential): Manual Handling, Working at Heights, COSHH Awareness, Emergency First Aid (training can be provided)

All mandatory training will be maintained and covered for the right candidate.

Rates: Negotiable
