Working Arrangements The role is based in Wrexham and our client s preference is for the successful candidate to work full-time in the office initially to support collaboration with the design and project teams. This is a site-based role , managing long-term construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of programme, subcontractor coordination, quality and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Leading the operational delivery of roofing and cladding works on a major Liverpool-based project.
