Site Manager Rhyl
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to start work in Rhyl, commencing early February.
The role involves managing works on social housing projects, including:

Scaffolding
-
Roofing
-
Solar PV installations
Key Responsibilities:
-
Overseeing day to day site operations
-
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme
-
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
-
Liaising with clients, residents, and project teams
-
Maintaining site records and reporting progress
Requirements:
-
Valid CSCS card
-
SMSTS
-
First Aid
-
Previous experience managing similar works, ideally within social housing
-
Strong organisational and communication skills
Start Date: Early February
