A national, award-winning construction consultancy is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor as they continue to expand their open planned office in Winchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The team in Winchester are seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, and enjoys working across a range of project sectors including arts, healthcare, residential, and more.

Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to grow your own QS team and get involved in winning new work - all activities that lead to becoming an Associate Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or working towards
• UK PQS/ Consultancy experience
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Driving licence and car
• Previous QS/SQS experience within a consultancy environment
