Painter Decorator

We are looking for 2 experienced decorators to carry out internal painting and finishing works as part of a project. The work must be completed to a high standard and within the agreed programme.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare all surfaces (filling, sanding, cleaning)

• Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork and metalwork as required

• Apply primers, undercoats and topcoats

• Ensure clean, neat finishes suitable for a retail environment

• Protect floors, fixtures and fittings during works

• Keep the work area clean and tidy

• Follow site health and safety rules

• Work to drawings and instructions provided by the site manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a decorator (commercial/retail preferred)

• CSCS

• Good attention to detail

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable and punctual
