Position: Static Building Service Engineer
Location: Farringdon area of London (EC1A)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £42,000 to £47,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Static position based in the Farringdon area of London.
This position with be dealing with planned & maintenance as well as fault finding for a small number of commercial building based in the same courtyard.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in building services maintenance. They need to be a minimum of a level 2 qualified in electrical as well as 18th Edition, however level 3 is preferred. This is a multi skilled position, so we do require this person to have experience in electrical and mechanical building services maintenance
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- Minimum of a level 2 electrical qualification
- 18thEdition
- Based in a commutable distance to Farringdon
- Flexible working attitude
- Must be multi skilled
Package
- Site hours 8am until 5pm
- Excellent basic salary
- Small amount of out of hours overtime available
