Facilities Services Coordinator / Receptionist needed for a well-established Construction client! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a team in a widely-relevant industry, for a very reputable construction company.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience in a Receptionist / Administration Role in the UK, ideally in a construction / civil engineering company but not essential
- Be highly detailed orientated
- Be organised and punctual
- Good knowledge of GDPR and Cyber Security Processes
- Strong Microsoft Office Experience

Job Type: 3 Month Contract
Location: Heathrow, West London
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
DUTIES:
- Front facing for customers and clients, meeting & greeting visitors
- Dealing with questions over the phone and in-person
- Responsible for hard-copy and electronic filing
- Dealing with expenses and other relevant paperwork
- Receipts and invoices for deliveries
- Placing orders for office supplies
- Managing and booking supplier of services to the office
- General Administrative duties
