BJF Group is a leading multi-discipline Main Contractor based across the UK, specialising in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors - priding ourselves on our reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
Across the public and private sectors, our teams deliver with care, consistency and accountability. We bring specialist knowledge, a flexible mindset, and a commitment to doing things properly, even in the most complex or sensitive environments.
Within our Facilities Management division, the Southwest Projects team plays a key role in the delivery of small works projects across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites.
We pride ourselves on nurturing talent and fostering an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive - if you have ambitions to play a key part in driving our business forwards, then we want you to join us at an exciting time of development and growth to realise your full potential.
To support a period of expansion and new project wins, we are looking to appoint an experienced Electrician to use their working knowledge of electrical systems to complete a range of project works, predominantly focusing on DB replacements (both single phase and three phase) as well as EV charger installations, to include large CSA SWA cables into commercial feeder pillars - as well as the installation of metal containment systems and commercial lighting.
This is a mobile role that will require you to be split across multiple sites in Dorset, as well as some occasional travel to Somerset - each project will typically last 2-5 days at a particular site and you will commute to the same site until the project is fully delivered, so you will not be expected to be mobile across multiple sites in one day etc
