Project Manager - Industrial / Food & Beverage Construction (National)

Salary: Circa 75,000 + package (flexible for the right candidate)

PSR Solutions is currently working with a well-established main contractor that specialises in new build and high-value fit out projects across the industrial and food & beverage sectors, delivering schemes valued up to 30m nationwide.

We are presently supporting this client with multiple projects secured and further work commencing imminently. As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to appoint experienced Project Managers who are happy to work on a national basis.

The Opportunity

Two major projects, both valued at approximately 20m, are due to commence on site this month, with enabling works starting immediately and main construction phases progressing from May. These projects sit within the industrial / food & beverage space, with a strong emphasis on steel frame construction and high-specification fit out.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation in technically complex environments, where project leadership and delivery expertise are highly valued.

The Role - Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of projects, from pre-construction and enabling works through to completion and handover. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project delivery from start to finish

• Management of site teams, including Site Managers and subcontractors

• Oversight of steel frame construction and high-value fit out packages

• Programme management, sequencing, and coordination of works

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

• Commercial awareness, supporting cost control and change management

• Reporting project progress to senior management

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial, food & beverage, or commercial construction

• Strong background in steel frame new build projects

• Experience delivering high-value fit out works (food & beverage experience highly desirable but not essential)

• Willingness to work on a national basis

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
