Full-Time Project-Based

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading engineering contractor delivering a £35m cut and carve / civils project in Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, the business is expanding its commercial team.

Role Overview:

• Commercial lead on the project, reporting to the Commercial Director
• Manage valuations, cost reports, procurement, and subcontract packages
• Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the client
• Control budgets, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability

Requirements:

• Proven experience as lead QS on projects up to £50m
• Central London project experience (logistical constraints essential)
• Background in enabling works, structural alterations, and RC works
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts

Salary: £100k + package (directly employed only)
