Ready to lead a high-profile London cut & carve scheme in 2026? A leading contractor is looking for a Project Manager to deliver a £40m Zone 1 RC and enabling works project.

You ll join during pre-construction, getting to know the client, team, and scheme, before taking full ownership through delivery. This is your chance to work on a complex, city-centre project with a premier contractor and a strong project pipeline.

What You ll Bring:

• Proven track record managing cut & carve/enabling projects up to £50m
• Experience with Central London s most challenging sites: deep basements, façade retention, structural alterations, temporary works
• First-class client and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Background in specialist demolition, enabling works, or civil engineering

Salary: £100k to £110k + package (directly employed)
