Site Manager Permanent Role
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £50,000 £55,000

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of projects valued between £5m £7m, such as schools and extensions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values quality, collaboration, and the benefits of working locally.
The Role
- Deliver projects independently, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain progress and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and provide regular progress reports.
Required:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager with a national contractor or similar.
- Proven ability to run projects such as schools or school extensions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
