Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with an SME house builder who are looking to appoint a Site or Senior Site Manager to run a development in Wakefield. This development commences on site in April and has a programme running for 2 years.

Experience with timber frame would be ideal, with volume house building experience being essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management of the build programme
• General oversight of the groundworks
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• H&S
• Inductions
• RAMS
• Ensuring CML's are completed on time
• Customer Care
• Reporting

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS along with the relevant house building experience.
