Project Manager Construction

THE COMPANY: My client are a forward thinking main contractor with a regional turnover in excess of 300m. They have an extensive portfolio of completed schemes spans a wide range of sectors including cutting edge carbon free buildings, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Industrial, Leisure and General Public works and these have been secured using a diverse range of procurement methods including substantial repeat business methods due to their non-confrontational approach. They are also included on many Framework agreements.

POSITION: Project Manager, reporting to the Construction Director

PROJECT: Initial project is a 12.5million new build community centre in Bracknell. The scheme is on a Greenfield site, is scheduled for 60 weeks and starts May 2026.
