Site Manager (Water)-North London

URGENT FREELANCE SITE SUPERVISOR/MANAGER-WATER-OUTSIDE IR35 & LONG TERM £300 PER DAY

Due to the recent award of a major Thames Water Framework, our client, a top Utility Contractor in the UK have the need for a Site Manager to oversee a Water Mains Replacement scheme in North London with works including Deep Excavations, Mains Replacement and Concrete works.

Daily duties will include overseeing the Gangs on site, up to 3 at any one time, health & safety, pushing the works on and daily reporting. This is a hands on role and not office based.

To be considered for this you will have SMSTS, CSCS and ideally Water Hygiene however this can be arranged if required.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and ongoing contract which could run up to 4 years with this being the first contract they have on the framework!
