A leading FM company with contracts in high end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as High-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer based in Central London paid 45- 47K Basic dependant on experience. As a Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Mechanical plant and assist with Electrical systems

• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be attending breakdowns on all Mechanical plant Electrical systems
• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be completing PPM's on AHU's FCU's and other mechanical plant
• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance
• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 45K dependant one experience + package and company benefits
• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer will be part of 3-man team on site

Requirements for the Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer: -

• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and Electrical plant room equipment
• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in Plumbing or Electrical
• Static Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on all Mechanical and Electrical plant
