Architectural Technician

Location: Norfolk

Salary: 38-45,000

An established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a motivated Architectural Technician to join its growing team in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking studio working predominantly within the residential sector.

Knowledge of current UK building regulations and planning processes

Qualifications and experience required

HNC or Degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Design or a related qualification
MCIAT certified, with several years of UK-based industry experience
Proven experience within the residential sector, including UK construction methods and detailing
Based locally or willing to travel as required
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with Revit or similar BIM software and SketchUp Pro is advantageous
