Identify and escalate any resource issues that could create risk for the projects you support. Support implementation and embedment of the SHEQ goal and strategy. Support project teams to lead and engage in SHEQ and deliver high standards Promote and help create a positive SHEQ reporting culture. Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and support SHEQ performance. Support project compliance with statutory requirements. Monitor and support supply chain SHEQ performance. Identify and escalate / communicate areas for improvement to the Contracts Manager and Head of SHEQ to support continuous improvement. Support incident management for the projects you support. Focus on identifying root cause analysis and how to prevent incidents from happening again. The Requirements Completed or in progress with NEBOSH qualification or NVQ level 5 / 6 in Occupational Health & Safety. Member of IOSH working towards graduate status.
