Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an established team delivering a high-quality office fit-out project in London. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced commercial environments.

Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical works on site, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical installation works on a commercial office fit-out

• Manage and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site

• Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

• Liaise with project managers, other trades, and site teams

• Carry out progress checks, quality inspections, and snagging

• Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover activities

• Report progress and any issues to site management

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Gold ECS

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on office fit-out or commercial projects

• Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial environments

• Good knowledge of current UK electrical regulations

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
