Location: Warrington (mix of office & site-based)

Salary: £55,000 £60,000 + package

An award-winning regional main contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years post-graduate experience from a main contractor background to manage the commercial delivery of Design & Build projects up to £25m. Projects span healthcare, commercial, leisure, sports and pharmaceutical sectors, offering technically diverse and commercially challenging work.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day cost management across live Design & Build projects
• Preparing and maintaining accurate project cost reports
• Monitoring project spend against budgets and forecasts
• Procurement and commercial management of subcontract packages
• Assessing, pricing and agreeing variations and change events
• Supporting monthly reporting and financial reviews
• Assisting with final account preparation and agreement
• Ensuring commercial processes align with contract requirements
• Liaising with clients and consultants on commercial matters
• Maintaining strong relationships with the supply chain
