M&E Project Manager - Student Accommodation
An experienced M&E Project Manager is required to act as the on-site lead for the full mechanical and electrical package on a £7m student accommodation project based in Wimbledon.
This is a delivery-focused role, overseeing the project from site establishment through to commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme, quality and commercial targets are met.
Role Overview

• On-site lead for the full M&E package
• Managing subcontractors across mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Coordinating programme, logistics and sequencing with the wider site team
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Chairing and attending site meetings
• Overseeing commissioning, snagging and handover

Requirements

• Proven experience managing full M&E packages on similar-sized projects
• Strong background in residential or student accommodation schemes
• Confident managing subcontractors and site teams

• SMSTS / CSCS preferred

Package

• £350 per day (CIS)
