Assistant Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced freelance Assistant Site Manager to assist with the finishing on a residential development near Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality residential and social housing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations

• Overseeing finishing trades and ensuring works are completed to a high standard

• Maintaining health & safety standards on site

• Conducting quality checks and snagging

• Coordinating subcontractors and materials

• Ensuring programme deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience on residential and/or social housing projects.

• Strong experience assisting with finishing works

• Gold CSCS card or above, SMSTS and First aid
