M&E Manager

An existing client to Sphere are looking to appoint an M&E Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company are a leading Chartered Building Consultancy, who specialise in Construction and Project Management.

The role in question will be based on site in Bristol and aimed at the delivery of a distressed project, which my client are tasked with completing. The project consists of 152 Apartments, 3 Commercial Units, 4 Roof Terraces, and a basement Car Park of 66 spaces, with a completion date of August 2026.

My client are looking for a candidate that can oversee and drive a 6M M&E Package. Duties will include taking the lead with Utilities, Connections, and coordination of Testing / Commissioning.
