Site Maintenance / Camp Warden
I'm looking for a proactive and reliable Site Maintenance / Camp Warden to support the day-to-day running of staff accommodation. Based in a beautiful Chichester location, this role is perfect for someone who is hands-on and enjoys a diverse range of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Regular inspection of site and facilities inc buildings and mobile caravans
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance issues
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies
Support staff wellbeing and respond to any concerns
Help organise occasional social activities
Provide assistance during medical incidents (e.g. transport to clinic)
Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, professional, and organised
Basic maintenance knowledge
Flexible and able to work independently
Clean UK driving licence
Good level of spoken and written English
