You will be working for a one-stop property consultancy in Preston, who provide residential and commercial surveying, valuations, planning, utility advice, agency services, and specialist healthcare real estate support.
Your new role
As a Residential Surveyor you will complete Residential Valuations and Level 2 and 3 Residential Surveys in the North West
What you'll need to succeed
You will be Assocs/ MRICS
You will be a RICS Registered Valuer
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience of Residential Surveying
What you'll get in return
Salary £40,000-£65,000
