Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking graduate or assistant site managers to join an existing project.

You will be joining a fantastic company on a 3-month temp-to-perm contract, or you can choose to stay as a temp for the duration of the project (2 years+).

• Working on a new site build, working from the ground up and including all internals and fit out
• Supporting a wider team for a large and ongoing project
• Opportunity to join a well-known organisation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating site activities and managing subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report updates to senior management
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records
• Support in resolving any on-site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or site management (assistant or supervisory level) or recently graduated
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and building regulations
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS)
• Ability to pass BPSS clearance
