Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a prestigious high-end residential project in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury development where quality, detail, and craftsmanship are paramount.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all electrical installations on a high-end residential project

• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers

• Ensure works are delivered in line with design specifications, quality standards, and programme

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions

• Ensure compliance with current regulations, health & safety, and best practices

• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other trades

• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover processes

• Monitor costs, variations, and progress reporting

Electrical Manager Requirements

• Black ECS card

• SMSTS

• Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor on high-end residential or luxury projects

• Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards

• Experience managing complex electrical systems

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding quality expectations
