Project Surveyor Social Housing / Responsive Works Finsbury Park

Project Surveyor opportunity managing social housing and responsive works contracts. Immediate start, permanent role with excellent salary & benefits.

Job Description:

  • Leading a team of 2 Senior Surveyors, 2 Assistant Surveyors, and 1 Admin, delivering social housing projects.

  • Managing day-to-day delivery of responsive works contracts within a 5-year framework, with potential extension to 15 years.

  • Ensuring cost control, programme compliance, and quality standards across all projects.

  • Coordinating with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to drive smooth project delivery.

  • Implementing process improvements and supporting team development within the Project Surveyor function.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Surveyor managing teams in social housing projects in London or surrounding areas.

  • Strong knowledge of Repairs & Maintenance practices, preferred but not essential.

  • Proven commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and project costs effectively.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills within a Project Surveyor or similar role.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills to succeed as a Project Surveyor in Finsbury Park.
