Foot-Mobile Chiller Engineer - Central London
Join a well-established, family-run M&E business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Known for their supportive culture and long-standing client relationships, they are continuing to grow and now require a Foot-Mobile Chiller Engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in Central London.
The Role:
As a Foot-Mobile Chiller Engineer, you'll be part of a skilled technical team responsible for delivering high-quality PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive repair works across multiple commercial buildings.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Completing fault-finding and diagnosis on fan coils, pumps, motors, valves, sensors, and general AC system components.
- Servicing and maintaining fan coil units, pumps, motors, split systems, and VRV/VRF systems.
- Carrying out planned maintenance tasks such as filter changes, coil cleans, belt checks, and performance inspections.
- Responding to reactive breakdowns, identifying root causes, and completing repairs or component replacements.
- Servicing and maintaining chillers, undertaking operational checks on compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
What you'll need:
- Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category 1), as a minimum.
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
- The ability to commute easily to central London (foot-mobile role).
The Foot-Mobile Chiller Engineer will be paid up to 52,500, depending on experience + Package.
