Senior Architect/Principal Designer

My Architecture client who specialise in the residential and commercial sectors are looking for a Senior Architect/Principal Designer to join them on a permanent basis.

Some of the duties your role will include:

Oversee the Principal Designer duties across multiple residential projects.

• Manage and mentor a team of skilled Technicians and designers.
• Liaise directly with clients and local Authorities to co-ordinate project requirements.
• Prepare and review information and documents for planning applications.
  Pick up schemes and be hands on from start to end

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Principal Designer or Senior Architectural professional on large- scale residential projects.
• Strong team leadership and client facing skills.
• In-depth Knowledge of the design and planning process.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
