Daily Duties
- Work across all RIBA stages, from initial concept design through to technical delivery and construction
- Manage multiple or complex projects from inception to completion
- Interpret project briefs and lead the development of design proposals through to detailed design
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
- Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
- Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
- Contribute to securing new work and supporting business development activities
- Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
- Lead small project teams while collaborating within a larger multidisciplinary environment
- Attend site visits and support regional project work as required
Ideal Candidate
- ARB-registered UK-qualified Architect
- Strong design capability supported by solid technical knowledge
- Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Professional experience within a high-quality, design-led architectural practice
- Strong interest in large-scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and lead small teams independently
- Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing roles
- Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
- Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
- Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
