Draughtsman (Roofing)

We are working in partnership with an established roofing contractor based in Manchester. With a strong portfolio across schools, healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, rail, and general refurbishment projects, the workload is steady, varied, and technically interesting. The business is now looking to add a Roofing Draughtsman to support continued growth.

• Produce detailed drawings for live projects

• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and technical details

• Incorporate design changes and site feedback

• Prepare as-built drawings on project completion

• Support project and site teams with technical information

• Previous experience as a draughtsman, ideally within roofing

• Strong AutoCAD experience; Revit/BIM advantageous

• Good understanding of roofing systems

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Clear communication skills for coordination with the site and design teams

• Hybrid working: 3 days in the Manchester office, 2 days remote
