Salary: £60,000 £75,000 + car allowance + bonus

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile Cut & Carve project in Central London with a project value of up to £50 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in a challenging and prestigious development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.

• Prepare accurate cost reports and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure budget adherence.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate cost-related risks.

• Support the negotiation of contracts and variations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on high-value London projects.

• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and procurement processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
